I enjoy helping others gain self-confidence in their academic abilities. I have tutored at the 4th-grade math level. The specific student began with a failing average and later scored the highest test average in his class after only three sessions!

At the start of a session I offer open communication for the student to stress their concerns and struggle points. After learning the students specific weaknesses I will work a problem through with them, then allow them to do one independently. If the student continues to struggle I encourage memorization skills like acronyms. Practice makes perfect!
