About Laura

My name is Laura, I am an AuADHD person who has had to develop myself within teaching and professional life. I have spent the last 5 years working with a variety of Occupational therapists and Speech and language therapists developing and trying skills and learning to help manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm in personal and professional environments. I have worked with young people with severe needs as well as adults who have received late diagnosis. I want to enable and assist people to have healthy personal management skills so they can develop further in their own lives.

About the lesson

Focusing on areas of your personality and professional life that need support and skills to allow greater personal development. Using Occupational therapist-approved management systems to allow you to manage and develop healthy ways to deal with stress and overwhelm. Making short-term plans and long-term goals to improve lifestyle. Developing independent skills to enhance professional life.
