About Guillem
What to say, since I was little I have done sports of all kinds from skating to baseball, through gymnastics and others. Currently what I have liked to do the most is go out on a bike and go to the gym to train. I am applying the knowledge that I have gained in recent years and for the moment they are working, I notice the increase in strength and muscle mass.
I would like to share this knowledge with other people who can help, I have already given sessions to a couple friends and have lost quite a bit of weight since early summer. all this while improving their physical capabilities.
