About Astor
I'm 25 years old. Since I was little I have always practiced martial arts, swimming and gymnastics. However, when I was approximately 16 years old, I specialized in what is now known as Calisthenics or workout (which are basically functional and multi-joint exercises using your body weight), being a specialist in floor exercises such as handstands ("handstand exercises"). ").

During these years I have focused on the following disciplines:
Functional and multi-joint training, full-body routines/circuits, bodyweight training, physical conditioning, toning and hardening training, weight loss training (slimming), Calisthenics, Workout, strength training, explosive strength training, strength training bodybuilding, isometric training, muscular endurance training, balance training, HIIT, training focused on increasing your relative strength (strength/weight), training to increase your lung capacity, strengthening specific areas to avoid chronic aches and pains and prevent future injuries , initiation to sport, acquisition of the habit of sport...
Some of the many advantages (in my personal experience) of these training modalities are:
- Functional training focuses on developing strength, power, endurance, balance skills... The main objective is that these skills are fully transferable to the movements of everyday life (moving, pushing or pulling something, lifting something from the ground, running). to a place...).
- Being multi-articular, they allow you to progress faster and more consistently, avoiding injuries and always giving you greater control of your own body, something vital on a day-to-day basis. Among the different disciplines with these characteristics are calisthenics or workouts, among others, although there are countless ways to do a functional and multi-joint routine based on the objectives pursued.
- In addition to this, the use of scalable progressions in each exercise means that anyone can start and progress from any level, from level zero to doing very interesting things with our own body weight.
- And regarding aesthetics, multi-articular training puts all the muscular structures of the body to work synergistically, so that the work is not done locally but globally, causing weight loss to occur in all areas of the body without exception. In short, aesthetically, a perfectly proportioned and defined physique is achieved, without local accumulations of fat and very efficient in its performance, making day-to-day life easier and preventing chronic pain and even injuries due to fragility and physical deterioration.

The methodology is simple. All exercises are worked from simple progressions. The first thing is to know the initial level and of course the goal of the person in the short, medium and long term. Everything is built from there. Based on the objectives, training is derived for each of the desired skills and progress is made in that direction until the desired results are achieved.
One of the advantages of functional training is that it is very simple and intuitive and after a few weeks, once the habit of exercising has been acquired and after knowing all the progressions of each exercise, the person could even advance on their own. in your own home without having to spend 2 hours going to a gym (between preparation, training, shower...).
It's a good way to gain the accumulated experience of others quickly (without having to watch hundreds of youtube videos) and use it to your advantage in the future.
Seen in perspective, the coach is more of a kind of catalyst of experience and a driver to take action. The idea is also to remove a bit of that responsibility of "getting into training", which at first can consume excessive willpower if you take into account that many people already arrive terribly tired from work or study and that they usually have few free hours at day.

Details
If done in a group, the classes are cheaper. 1 person (15 Eur/h), 2 people (26 Eur/h), 3 people (33 Eur/h), 4 people (40 Eur/h), 5-8 people (45 Eur/h). And if the training lasts 2 hours it would be: 1 person (24 Eur), 2 people (45 Eur), 3 people (58 Eur), 4 people (70 Eur), 5-8 people (80 Eur).
For travel expenses, if you live in Alicante it is 15 Eur/h for the 1st hour and if it is 2 hours, 12 Eur/h each. If you live in Benidorm it is 17 Eur/h for the 1st hour and if it is more than 1 hour, 13 Eur/h each. If it is required to do a training of more than 2 hours in a row, it is 11 Eur/hour. And in case they come to my home or I live very close, they are every hour at 11 Eur/h.
