About Casey

Hello, I am Casey and I graduated from the highest-achieving selective school, James Ruse Agricultural High School in 2022. I achieved an ATAR of 99.85 and am a HSC All-Rounder. I am currently studying Doctor of Medicine/Bachelor of Medical Studies at UNSW.

About the lesson

HOW I TEACH

With over three years of private tutoring experience, I tailor personal lessons for students. As a 2022 graduate, I have a solid grip of the current HSC syllabus and it's requirements.

The key to succeeding in HSC science and maths courses is to develop a deep understanding with complex concepts rather than simple rote-learning and memorisation. I am a confident communicator who is capable of teaching concepts in a manner that students can easily understand and apply to various questions and scenarios.

BUT I go a step further. While most students understand the concepts they are taught, many find that they still lose marks in exams. Why? Because students struggle to create a concise and complete responses that perfectly match the marking scheme. Fortunately, I teach students the tips and tricks to answering questions, and helping students to refine and improve their own short-response answers.

I TEACH:

> Mathematics Adv, Mathematics Ext 1, Physics, Chemistry for yr 11
> Mathematics Ext 1, Mathematics Ext 2, Physics, Chemistry for yr 12

I also provide assistance outside of the lesson, and am always available for online help through phone or messages for any imminent help required.
