Hi, I'm Laura!
I just graduated from Brisbane State High School and am studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics at UQ next year.
During my time in high school I was an avid English student, debater and Prefect.
I'm really passionate about English, Literature and writing and am a friendly, outgoing and supportive person.

Lessons are tailored to your individual needs but primarily assist with pieces of school assessment and application writing. Tutoring is aimed at both Primary and High school students.
We will work together to improve your writing making it more academic and concise with a logical and flowing structure. I also will help with ideation, word counts, source research and analysis.
As for me, I am a 99.00 ATAR student and 2023 QCE graduate thus have an in-depth knowledge of the most recent QCAA syllabus. Additionally, as an experienced debater (a member of the QLD State Team and as a National Schools Debating Runner up) I know how to develop clear, concise and well structured pieces of writing that specifically target the marking scheme of any exam or assignment.
In High School I studied 8 subjects, 2 of which were English;
English and Literature Extension: 99 (100% in internals)
Literature: 98 (100% in internals)
Economics: 97 (100% in internals)
