About Ruby

Hi, I'm Ruby, a current student at the UTS Business School and a high-achieving high school graduate with an ATAR of 96.5.

I am passionate about helping students reach their academic potential and develop confidence in their abilities. Having recently completed high school myself, I understand the challenges students face and can relate to the pressures of assignments, exams, and balancing study commitments.

I have strong skills in both Math and English and enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into clear, manageable steps. My patient, encouraging, and supportive teaching style helps students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

Whether a student is looking to improve their grades, prepare for exams, strengthen foundational skills, or gain confidence in the classroom, I am committed to helping them achieve their goals. I take pride in creating positive learning experiences and supporting students throughout their academic journey.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual learning style, goals, and academic level. I focus on creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their abilities.

For Maths, I break down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps and provide plenty of practice questions to reinforce learning. For English, I help students improve their reading, writing, essay structure, comprehension, and exam techniques.

Lessons typically run for 60 minutes and can be conducted online or in person. I work with primary school, secondary school, and senior high school students, including those preparing for important assessments and exams.

I graduated high school with an ATAR of 96.5 and am currently studying at the UTS Business School. As a recent student myself, I understand the challenges students face and can provide practical study strategies alongside subject-specific support. My goal is to help every student improve their confidence, achieve stronger results, and develop skills that will benefit them beyond the classroom
