About Kian
Hello! My name is Kian and I offer online math and physics tutoring for students in Grades 4–10. I enjoy helping students understand challenging concepts and build confidence in their abilities.
I am familiar with the current curriculum and the difficulties students often face in math and science. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and focused on clear, step-by-step explanations that make learning more approachable and less stressful.
I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, work through problems, and steadily improve at their own pace.

My teaching approach is based on step-by-step explanations, guided practice, and adapting lessons to each student’s individual learning style. Rather than memorizing formulas without understanding them, I help students break down problems logically so they can develop stronger problem-solving skills and apply concepts independently.
A typical lesson begins by reviewing homework, recent class material, or concepts the student is struggling with. I then explain the topic with examples and practice questions, and help the student solve problems on their own, providing support and feedback throughout the lesson.
