About Nyala
Hi, I'm Nyala! I'm a recent graduate and I'm looking forward to helping students build their confidence in maths and physics.
I know from experience that not everyone understands new concepts straight away. During my own education, I sometimes needed extra time or a different explanation before something finally clicked. Because of that, I understand how frustrating these subjects can feel, and it's one of the main reasons I wanted to become a tutor.
I want to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Seeing someone go from feeling stuck to understanding a topic is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching, and I'd love to help my students achieve that.

I'm a recent Astrophysics graduate with a real passion for maths and physics. I've always enjoyed breaking down difficult concepts and helping others understand them, which is why I'm excited to start tutoring.
I know that these subjects can sometimes feel overwhelming, so my aim is to make lessons as clear, relaxed, and engaging as possible. Everyone learns differently, so I adapt my teaching to each student, whether they need help building confidence, preparing for exams, or aiming for the highest grades.
Studying astrophysics has given me a strong understanding of both maths and physics, as well as plenty of experience solving challenging problems. Having recently finished university, I also understand what it's like to be a student and the pressures that come with exams.
I'm friendly, patient, and approachable, and I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions no matter how small. My goal is to help students not only improve their grades but also build confidence and enjoy the subjects a little more along the way
