About Kanishk
I am an Assistant Professor in a reputed law school in India, having a Master in Law (Competition Law) from King's College London. I have taught courses and published papers related to all aspects of Competition Law, including but not limited to, Fundamentals of Competition Law, EU Competition Law, Competition Enforcement and Procedure, Competition Law in Digital Markets.
I am particularly interested in the cross-jurisdictional analysis of provisions dealing with cartel enforcement and abuse of dominance in the EU and India.
Additionally, I have also taken Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Commercial Contract Drafting, and Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing.

I start with giving conceptual clarity before actually getting into the nuances of the law. This involves breaking down complicated topics for better understanding. The discussions comprise of real life cases and examples that the students can relate to.
I can also base my lessons surrounding the doubts, should you have any.
I come with an experience of teaching almost 800 law students over 3.5 years, ranging from 1st to 5th years and LL.M. students.
