As a personal trainer, i think i have to be enthusiastic about my job and also be a good listener. To me one of the most important trait a trainer should possess is the ability to be patient with their student knowing fully well that you are not supposed to be annoyed even when your student does not understand what you asked them to do, so thereby improving their confidence.
