About Melissa

Calculus and formal logic were the subjects that first drew me into the world of higher mathematics during my undergraduate years. Rigorous study defines my academic history.
I earned a PhD in Algebra from the University of Queensland to deepen my command of the field. Working with 280 students across various levels has provided me with a clear perspective on how to teach effectively. Teens preparing for board exams require a specific type of guidance that bridges gaps in their current knowledge. I prioritize clarity and logic in every explanation I provide.
The system I use treats current curricula as gateways to advanced analysis. I find that simplifying complex topics into manageable components is the most rewarding part of this work.
