About Petra
Hi, I'm Petra, a PT that's passionate about helping people like you reach their full potential through fitness. My passion for fitness and sports started in my childhood as I have always been active and competed in sports like athletics, basketball and tennis. Later in my life I came across weight training and calisthenics (training with just your bodyweight), and it really opened my eyes how consistent training can transform your physical appearance and mental clarity. It's become my mission to help others experience the same positive changes.
