About Jose

As a coach I really enjoy seeing my clients succeed, improve, and reach their goals, it is part of the love for what I do. I like to have good communication with my clients and analyze weaknesses (there is always room for improvement!) as well as strengths to recognize your progress. About the lesson

As a passionate boxer and muay Thai athlete, coach, and kinesiology student - in these sessions I will help you understand and apply the science of Boxing or Muay Thai and to reach your personal sport and/or fitness goals. By following a designed program we will cover step-by-step fundamentals up to more advanced techniques and strategies to reach your full potential.

Sample of a class:

- warm-up
- exercises and drills to develop and/or improve technical – tactical skills (according to your own level)
- cool-down
- stretching (I will provide a routine of stretching exercises for you to follow once the session is done)
