About Loren
I have been in the fitness industry for about a year, fitness is the only thing that is keeping going, I become a personal trainer as I would like to help those who are struggling to lose fat, build muscle or struggle with Maintenance.
I also help out with those who have eating disorders, I was diagnosed with bulimia Nervosa and took time to recover and now I’m here! Wanting to help others who struggle.
