About Kiara

My interest in architecture began with a fascination for structures and the ways design influences daily life. This led me to pursue a B.Arch followed by an M.Arch in Sustainable Architecture, providing me with a solid foundation in both creative design and technical expertise. Over 8 years, I have guided students through developing their own design language, helping them transform ideas into tangible projects while fostering confidence and creative independence. I believe in a patient, flexible, and supportive teaching approach. Lessons combine conceptual thinking, practical exercises, digital tools, and step-by-step guidance tailored to each learner’s needs. I encourage experimentation, reflection, and critical analysis to help students grow both technically and creatively. Beyond teaching, I remain engaged in architecture through design projects, urban studies, and sustainability research. Bringing contemporary architectural insights into lessons helps students understand real-world application. Witnessing learners progress from conceptual uncertainty to confident design expression is deeply rewarding, making my work as an architecture mentor both meaningful and inspiring.

About the lesson

Architecture becomes more engaging when students see how their ideas can transform into functional and aesthetically appealing spaces. My lessons focus on design thinking, spatial planning, material selection, and visual communication, creating a learning environment that balances creativity and technical precision. I emphasize structured exploration, guiding students to develop concepts thoughtfully while encouraging experimentation with forms, materials, and styles. Each session includes practical exercises, conceptual sketches, and model-making that help learners connect theoretical knowledge with hands-on design experience.

For intermediate learners, I introduce advanced design techniques, digital modeling, presentation strategies, and portfolio development. Advanced students focus on project conceptualization, sustainability considerations, structural integration, and detailed design documentation. I ensure that every lesson nurtures clarity, originality, and confidence, while also building skills necessary for professional or academic growth.

Architecture lessons foster creativity, analytical thinking, and spatial awareness, helping students gain a deeper understanding of how design shapes human experiences. Students learn to balance form, function, and aesthetics in practical contexts, while developing confidence in articulating and presenting their ideas. My goal is to cultivate both artistic insight and professional competence, empowering learners to pursue architecture with creativity, discipline, and vision.
