I have had tutoring classes with Elie and it was amazing to see how Elie can break down boring grammar rules to 3-5 words that "stick" and make it easy to apply! He is able to come up with exercises when you need them and appears to be a "walking" dictionary and grammar book. I needed a tutor to refresh my memory regarding the French language and he did an excellent job! Hi my name is Cuthbert and from the first day I met Elie he was honest me. I was at the YMCA, where I was studying Arabic for 3 hours per day, one day a week. Elie had said that 3 hours per day would be too much, one and half would be better, 2 days per week, and so for almost 2 years he has been my teacher, a wonderful and great teacher, who has lots and lots of patience. As an absolute beginner in Modern Standard Arabic, I benefited from Elie’s tutorship for one year. Our weekly in-person sessions were interrupted by the pandemic, but he proved equally prepared and effective in our online frequentation. I feel we covered a lot of ground; each new session introduced new concepts while consolidating previous learning.
