About Peter
I’m a Chemical Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and helping others discover the same joy in it! I firmly believe that anyone can learn Math — especially Applied Math — and that the critical thinking skills you develop along the way are invaluable in every aspect of life. I’m a friendly, patient, and encouraging tutor who really enjoys seeing those ‘lightbulb moments’ when concepts start to click.

My lessons focus on practical, worked examples — I believe repetition and active problem-solving are the best ways to learn. I typically offer short, focused 30-minute sessions (my preferred format), but I’m flexible and can provide longer lessons if needed. I have previous experience as a Maths and English tutor with Kumon (2014–2019) and now focus on supporting senior cycle and Leaving Certificate students in 5th and 6th year.
