About Clement
I am passionate about sport and my favorite sport activity is badminton. First as a top player, then coach, I started my first training experiences in clubs to transmit my passion for the sport. I graduated in Adapted Physical Activity and Health (STAPS License) I work in a rehabilitation center for adults and also for children. I offer various activities adapted to each person (fitness program, muscle strengthening, rehabilitation, rehabilitation ...) for any person profile.

The methods that I use are included in rehabilitation protocols depending on your pathology (chronic disease, obesity, diabetic, neurological, cardiovascular disease ...). In general, we first carry out health checks, then we set up the adapted physical activity program, and finally we evaluate your performance to readjust the program according to the different developments.
