About Anushka
I am a Kathak dancer, who has graduated in the same and performed under renowned artists as a troop performer. I dropped out of a premium design Institute like NIFT to pursue performing arts. With time I started exploring the potential of multiple other Indian dance styles and played on my versatility to attempt them. I came up with this realization that dance truly, is just dance... And"forms" Or "styles" could be a way to explore the possibilities it has within it. By doing fun interactive sessions with everyone, the scope of possibilities increases. Everyone brings a unique element to the table and I would love to help you achieve a finesse in it while also learning from you!

This class is not just about dance and technique, but also about expression. Indian dance forms have a very varied and colossal palette from which a number of wonderful possibilities arise. Find a way of having fun with your expression via movement, while also perfecting it in terms of finesse and appeal. The class will go through some interesting freestyle dance exercises to realize your own spirit of expression and then give you some context and training of various Indian dance styles that give you a foundation to build upon. This is but a celebration of the jaunty nature of dance.
