About Seval
My foreign language education first started in Paşabahçe Ahmet Ferit İnal Anatolian High School by taking part in the foreign language class. I started to improve myself in Dilko, where I went to prepare for the exam. I am a 3rd grade student of English Language Teaching at Istanbul Medeniyet University. I studied preparatory year for 1 year and during the preparation I showed a great improvement in my speaking, listening skills and especially in my writing skills. I am quite knowledgeable in the field of education as I am interested in the courses of the department. I worked as an English Teacher in a private foundation, and in a language course. I also had private tutoring experience.

I never think that a foreign language can be taught by focusing only on grammar. One of the important points while teaching a foreign language is to keep the student's interest and attention high during the lesson. For this reason, I find it more appropriate to use fun activities in my lessons. Since I have developed many new activities and games in my 4-year education life, there are many fun activities that I can integrate into my lessons. As I want to improve my students' listening and speaking skills, I love using videos, movie / cartoons quotes and songs in my lessons.
