About Samuel
I'm a St Andrews graduate with a 1st class M.A in Modern History and English. I'm currently working as a freelance journalist and as an intern for an Art History educational company. I've won various academic prizes since 6th form (Lancing College) and was Dean's Listed in my last year of university.
I'm currently based in West Sussex, UK but will soon be in Chile. There I aim to also teach basic English language skills.
I enjoy comedy double acts, cooking and live poetry nights.

I am offering collaborative student-led one-hour tutorials for GCSE, A Level, and 1st and 2nd-year undergraduate study in English and History (also Art History).
I aim to work collaboratively with students and pupils to identify areas of improvement that can then be worked on across a number of sessions. I place a strong emphasis on the craft of essay writing (composition, editing, structure) alongside the academic syllabus.
