About Charu
I began in the creative fields as an actress where mind-body balance was important. This led to a natural transition into well-being practices yoga and acupuncture.
I have over 20 years of experience working in health and wellness. It keeps me going at 50. I’m looking forward to boosting your wellness journey too.

I've been practicing and teaching yoga and breathwork for over 20 years. It's kept me fit at 50.
It's anti-aging which we all want as we get older. And of course staying healthy.
My routines are not bootcamp power style. However, you will feel healthy and well after a session with me.
Usually a session is a combo e.g. physical and breathwork.
If you don't want physical yoga we focus on mental health by doing breathwork or meditation.
