I have completed BE civil engineering in Mepco schlenk engineering college. I love to teach students so I amheat to teach.

As far as I know, there is no such rule of teaching ‘Why' before ‘How’ in maths. This varies from topic to topic. At times, this is not possible to answer ‘Why' before ‘How'. Whereas, at times it is important to answer ‘why' before anything else. So basically it varies under different conditions.
