About Aditya
Hello I'm Aditya upadhyay I am certified by the Institution of Nutrition and fitness science INFS. I have been training past 7 years and I will make sure I will transform as many as people possible. I always believe that a healthy lifestyle means maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet along with the right exercise. People often think that it's too late to start. That's a huge misconception. Age doesn't matter. Better late than never!
