If the student has to cancel a lesson for any reason, please give me a notice 48 hours ahead of time or there will be a $20 inconvenience fee. I will make an exception to this rule if there is an emergency and the proper documentation is provided (ex. doctor's note, handwritten note from parents/guardians). If there is a death in the family I will need an obituary as proof but I understand that it may be an emotional time so you will have a week to provide this. If the student has other subjects they need help with studying, rates may change depending on the subject.
