About Gurpreet
As a passionate mental health professional and dance enthusiast, I believe that true wellness comes from a balance of mind, body, and spirit. With years of experience helping individuals achieve mental and emotional well-being, I’ve found that dance—particularly Gidda and Bhangra—can be a powerful tool for healing and self-expression.
My mission is to bring the joy, energy, and balance of traditional Punjabi dance to others, helping them enhance their mental health and live happier lives through movement.
