About Agnese

My career in cooking has started in London in a Michelin star restaurant, I have continued training with Nikkei cuisine (Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian fusion), also training in pastry (which I love by the way).
Moving to Spain I have returned to a michelin star restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine and I have worked in the catering of the restaurant so I also love to prepare everything for your event. I like details and trying new recipes but not forgetting my beloved land of Italy and its rich cuisine.
Love is one of the best ingredients you can add to your dishes.

About the lesson

First of all, I want you to have fun and enjoy cooking. I have more than 9 years of experience cooking all kinds of food and I want to be able to share my knowledge with you. I love sushi, fresh pasta, pizza and Pad Thai.
I adapt to what you want to learn and I can give you other recipe options that you may not know about. Shall we cook together?
