About the lesson

With over 10 years of tutoring experience and an MSc in Computational Mathematics, I specialize in making advanced math accessible to non-STEM majors. I believe math isn’t just about numbers and formulas — it’s about ideas that shape how we understand the world. My approach focuses on conceptual understanding rather than heavy computation, helping students see the relevance behind each topic.

I use everyday analogies and historical context to bring abstract concepts to life. By highlighting the big ideas behind complex theories, I help students connect the dots and build lasting comprehension. Many of my students come from liberal arts and humanities backgrounds, or have struggled with math anxiety in the past.
