About Alexandra
Hey y'all! I've been studying yoga personally for over 10 years, and have taught professionally since 2019. I know firsthand how intimidating starting a new practice like yoga or meditation can be... Where do I start? What KIND is right for me? And how do I make sure I'm doing it "right?"
I have a 200hr certification in teaching yoga from the marvelous Libby Cox in Eugene, OR and I'm currently working towards my 500hr designation. I hold multiple certifications in trauma-informed styles and specialize in teaching military veterans and their caregivers. I volunteer weekly at my local VA Mental Health facility, local Vet Center, and the local jail teaching inmates.
