For me, sport is the main component of my life. I believe that training is necessary and helps to raise the standard of living. I try to convey this philosophy to my clients.
I teach functional training, mobility training, running and martial arts.

My field of activity covers a wide range of tasks - from maintaining good physical fitness to losing weight or gaining muscle mass.
For me, the client's health and achieving their goals are a priority, so an individual training program is selected for each client. I conduct training both online and offline.
