Hi, I’m an Agile Coach, Mentor, and Speaker with hands-on experience in Agile transformation, DevOps, CI/CD/CT, Release Management and the evolving use of AI in Agile Delivery. I help individuals, teams and organizations adopt Agile ways of working, improve collaboration and deliver value faster and more effectively. My approach blends technical delivery expertise with strategic coaching to create meaningful, lasting change in fast-paced, complex environments.
