About Nargis

I have been giving lessons since 3 yrs, in school and privately.
I have a DBS check.
All of my students have received excellent grades (A*s and As mostly).
I am affordable and very experienced.

About the lesson

I will be studying Medicine at Liverpool University after my gap year. I am working with a company called for my gap year - working in a high school for 3 days a week providing 1-to-1 maths and science tuition to GCSE students who are struggling with their exams and also tutoring children who are high achievers (aiming for 8/9/A*s) , and for 2 days a week in a primary school coaching children for 11+ exams and helping them prepare for the difficult transition from primary to secondary school.

I have been tutoring maths and science as a part time job since high school and can provide references from clients upon request. I have coached students for 11+ exams, and have helped with KS1, KS2 and GCSE maths and science students.

I took part in the MMU Maths Roadshow last year which involved teaching maths to a small group of children aged 9-11. We were professionally trained for this programme for 5 weeks and visited different primary schools each week for about 3 hours. After completion of the roadshow, each school selected their preferred tutors and so I provided one-on-one tuition to both high ability and low ability students in the primary school until the end of the school year.

Due to my extensive experience in tutoring and high grades in the sciences and maths in my GCSE's and AS-levels, I am able to connect with and pass on my skills to students and help them get the best grade possible.

I also provide help with university applications to medicine. I achieved 4 interviews and 3 offers to study medicine, UKCAT score of 700 and BMAT score of 6.5 and 4A. I provide help in writing personal statements, interview coaching, UK cat and bmat help.
