About Afaq
I am 2nd year Aerospace Engineering student who has worked with many children from primary school up to GCSE standard. I specialize in group classes which my previous tutoring experience was mainly focused on but am also strong in 1 to 1 tutoring. I now also aim to tutor A-level content as well

The tutoring i would provide would be a mix of visual as well as practical teaching to focus on a more holistic way of learning. The lesson would be split into 2 sections ; learning and application. The Learning section would focus on allowing the student to process and understand the information provided via diagrams, live note writing and general conversation of the topic at hand. The Application section would put to use prepared worksheets using a range of sources, containing questions that the student would answer. After all this is done some wider knowledge about the topic will be discussed so that the student can have better understanding and the context of what they are learning on the possibility that they may become more interested in what being taught. Homework would also be provided and this will be reviewed in the following lesson in the Application section. I hope to create a shared drive where i upload my own notes for the lessons so that they are accessible for the students during exam and revision time.
