About Tony
I'm an Aerospace engineer who crash landed into electrical control system and automation. I have been designing the electrical systems for automated plant and machinery for 30 years. I have worked in the manufacturing, mining and water treatment industries.
A few years ago I gained my Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment. I mainly did that so I could do or run short training programs for the electrical installation teams I managed.

My formal training is in the VET system.
Both of may parents and many of their friends were high school teachers and the way they tutored me was to explain step by step an example and then adjust or change the example and have me run it. So in essence what they taught me was how to methodically solve problems. And that is the way I have mentored younger engineers.
