I am a personal chef to about a dozen clients currently. I also teach cooking classes online and for non-profit fundraisers. I am a self-taught cook and started learning and experimenting with different cuisines and techniques when I was a teenager.

I love to empower my students and help build their confidence. I start with basic knife skills and instruction on how to hold the knife and approach the ingredient. There is nothing I can do that you can't do. Sometimes it just takes practice or a demonstration. Come to my classes and start building your confidence.
