About Alisha
I received my Bachelor's in Music Performance and my Master's in Music Education. I have dedicated a lot of hours to music and have been inspired by so many of my students. I want to be that inspiration for you. I think it is important for teachers to see the potential in their students and help them to reach it. That is my goal in every lesson while also giving opportunity for my students to have fun.

I was trained by rote but teach both rote and note reading. I think learning music should be fun and I look for every opportunity in my lessons to do that. The fundamentals of music and technique are very important to me but it is also important to me that my students learn to love music. I can teach beginner to advanced violin and viola and beginner cello.
