Hettie has been my bookkeeper for years, and when it was time for me to bring my bookkeeping in house due to monetary constraints, she was nice and patient enough to teach me how to do HER job (train me on Quickbooks). She succeeded...I now only need bookkeeping assistance once per month, but I miss her! She's always here when I need anything or have any questions, no matter how stupid they may be.

Hettie TOLERATED me over 10 years ago, and now she's tutoring all my new employees. Quickbooks ain't easy...she "tricked it" into maintaining an accurate set of financials while allowing ME to do it MY WAY. You go girl!!
