About Ishmeet

I am a International Yoga instructor.I am a state level yoga champion. I've been practicing yoga for 19+ years. I am YCB level 3 Yoga Teacher and Evaluator. I did my Yoga Instructor course from S-vyasa, Bangalore in 2018 And Also did my Graduation in Bsc. Yoga and MSc. Yoga. I am willing to teach Yoga , a healthy lifestyle with meditation, pranayama, asana.

A very humble teacher who teaches with full dedication and makes sure that every student gets full attention. She uses easy and unique techniques to give the best result possible. She believes if you put the right effort into yourself, you can achieve anything in life.
