About Estelle
I am a practising attorney, senior legal and business consultant, and former Lecturer in Commercial Law with over 15 years of cross-border experience in corporate governance, compliance, ESG, and risk management across Africa and international markets. I am also TEFL qualified.
I have a genuine passion for teaching and professional development. Throughout my career I have seen how practical knowledge in governance, compliance and ESG can protect organisations and advance careers — yet many high-quality courses remain too expensive for the people who need them most. At the same time, language barriers often prevent capable professionals from fully understanding or applying complex legal and business concepts, especially when they struggle with Business and Legal English.
As a result, many talented individuals are left without access to the training that would make a real difference. That is why I offer focused one-on-one sessions. My goal is to make specialised, practical training accessible, affordable, and clear — helping directors, compliance officers, legal professionals and international investors overcome both knowledge gaps and language barriers so they can work with confidence.
My training also is part of my passion to help NGOs, religious organisations, small and medium business and those who speak English as a non-native language.

As a former university lecturer in Commercial Law with TEFL qualification and extensive on-the-ground experience across Africa and beyond, I deliver clear, practical, and confidential one-on-one training. You will leave with concrete tools and frameworks you can apply immediately to strengthen governance, embed ESG standards, reduce regulatory exposure, and protect organisational value.
17+ years of hands-on experience advising organisations in high-risk African and international markets. In today’s regulatory environment, weak governance, poor compliance, or inadequate ESG practices can quickly lead to fines, sanctions, loss of investment, and lasting reputational damage. Many companies and investors only discover these gaps when it is already too late.
I am proficient in English and lessons will be conducted in English.
I help directors, compliance officers, in-house counsel, and foreign investors (including Chinese professionals and companies) close those gaps before they become costly problems.
