Hi! I'm Gurleen, a current Actuarial Science student at Dalhousie University with a strong passion for mathematics and helping others succeed. With over 3 years of experience in leadership and mentoring roles, I’ve learned how to connect with students in a way that makes learning feel less intimidating and more empowering. As a student of Actuarial Science at Dalhousie University, I bring both a strong foundation in mathematics and a deep understanding of how to make challenging concepts feel approachable and relevant. My tutoring approach is entirely personalized—each lesson is tailored to suit the student's unique learning style, pace, and academic goals.

A typical session begins with a quick recap, followed by focused concept teaching using real-world examples, and ends with guided problem-solving and confidence-boosting tips.
