About Ashwin
I am an Actuarial Science graduate (2:1 Honours) currently working within a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) graduate rotation at a private bank. Having navigated the UK education system successfully all the way to a high-level quantitative career, I know exactly what skills are needed at each academic checkpoint.
Whether your child is trying to pass their 11+ grammar school entrance, striving for an A* in A-Level Further Maths, or trying to pass a difficult university finance module, I provide a clear, patient, and highly encouraging environment.

I offer tailored, results-driven mathematics and finance tuition designed for three distinct stages:
1. The 11+ Entrance Exams (Maths & Numerical Reasoning)
I help primary students build the speed, accuracy, and mental agility needed to clear competitive grammar and independent school exams. My focus is on building confidence and mastering shortcut methods for non-verbal and numerical reasoning.
2. A-Level Maths & Further Maths
A-Level is where maths gets abstract. I specialise in breaking down calculus, mechanics, statistics, and complex algebra into structured formulas. I place a massive emphasis on past papers, exam board patterns (Edexcel, OCR, AQA), and how to secure the top A/A* marks.
3. University & Actuarial Level
For undergraduate students struggling with Financial Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, or programming in R.
