About Eden

Hi! I'm Eden — an actress, director, playwright, and professional clown with a lifelong passion for storytelling and performance. I’ve been acting since I was five years old and have never stopped creating, exploring, and learning. I studied at two professional acting schools—one focused on musical theater, and the other on screen acting—and have since performed in both television and theater productions. My work includes writing and directing several stage plays and shows, including an original musical that was performed Off-Broadway, as well as a published book. As a teacher, I bring my full creative energy to every session. I love helping students discover their unique voice, gain confidence on stage, and enjoy the freedom that comes with performing. Whether you’re just starting out or preparing for an important audition, I’d love to help guide and support you on your artistic journey.

About the lesson

As an actress, director, and writer with experience in theater, television, and Off-Broadway productions, I bring a warm, energetic, and creative approach to every lesson. I believe that acting is about connection—connecting to yourself, your scene partner, and the audience—and I help students find that connection through play, curiosity, and honest expression.

My teaching method blends classical acting techniques with improvisation, physical theater, and character development. I tailor each session to the student’s goals, whether it's preparing for auditions, building confidence, exploring improvisation, or developing original material.

A typical lesson starts with a short warm-up to get the body and voice activated, followed by exercises in presence, focus, and expression. We then dive into scene work, monologue practice, improv games, or script development—depending on what the student needs. I always end with feedback, reflection, and a clear takeaway for the next session.

What sets me apart is my wide range of experience: I started performing at age five, studied musical theater and film acting at two respected institutions, and have written and directed original works—including an Off-Broadway musical and a published book. I’m also a professional clown, which brings a sense of playfulness, honesty, and emotional depth into the work.

My lessons are for children, teens, and adults—from beginners who are curious about performing, to aspiring professionals preparing for drama school, auditions, or stage roles. I love working with anyone who wants to grow artistically, build confidence, or simply have fun exploring the world of performance.
