About Dev

I am a passionate researcher with a good grasp of my science subjects. I am a fluid physicist currently in a research unit in Paris, France with extensive experience. I have a Bachelor's in Mechanical engineering from India, a Master's in Applied Physics from The Netherlands, Internships at Max-Planck Institute in Germany, a PhD in Physics from France followed by Post-Doctoral research at Cornell University USA, and Postdoctoral research work at Paris France.

With this diverse international experience, I teach with passion and during discussions, my students can get a holistic/grand view and suggestions. The international experiences do add a different taste to my teaching approach. I am polite and enjoy listening to students as they quite often have amazing thoughts and approaches. This also helps me to grow and enrich myself.

About the lesson

I teach mechanical engineering and fluid mechanics (fully online from Paris, France) with a focus that suits the audience. Through this account, the primary goal is to transmit knowledge in a novel way. I go a step ahead by integrating studies with real-life problems to develop critical thinking and an out-of-the-box approach. I am involved in presentations, live problem-solving, explanations, project/assignment development, help and guidance, and discussions on the students' ideas. I also explain in the mother tongue of students if required (Hindi, Marathi, or English).
For school and bachelor students, I tend to focus more on developing technical numerical capabilities and critical thinking required for a career after studies.
For master's and PhD researchers, I share online development in the field, and is detailed at the research level. I also brainstorm discussions on novel research fields in a simple attractive way with the non-experts for spreading knowledge and empowerment.
