About Caitlin

I’m Caitlin- an American English fluency coach trusted by professionals worldwide to help them sound clear, confident and capable in English. For over 12 years, I’ve specialized in helping non-native speakers, especially Spanish-speaking professionals, refine their English communication for the global stage. I understand the gap between knowing the language and sounding natural when it matters most. That’s where my expertise comes in. I hold a California teaching credential and a degree from the University of California Irvine, and have taught extensively both in the U.S. and abroad. My teaching career began in Chile in 2013 and since then I’ve worked with clients across Europe and Latin America: university professors preparing to speak at conferences, lawyers sharpening their courtroom English, engineers leading international teams and executives preparing for high-profile presentations. Students come to me not because they need another grammar lesson but because they want results: - to be clearly understood in meetings - to reduce a strong accent that holds them back - to speak fluently and naturally under pressure - to write and present with authority in English - to strengthen their listening comprehension My approach combines deep knowledge of pronunciation and language patterns with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by Spanish-speaking learners. Since earning my teaching credential in California and graduating from the University of California, Irvine in 2010, I’ve spent more than 12 years teaching English to adults in both group and one-on-one settings. My teaching journey began in Chile in 2013, where I taught in institutes and universities before transitioning to online private instruction. Today, I work with students across Latin America, Europe, and beyond. My Teaching Approach My classes are highly personalized and practical, with a strong focus on real-world communication. I combine: - Proven pronunciation and accent-reduction techniques - Targeted vocabulary building - Fluency development through structured conversation practice - Professional communication skills training (writing clear emails, presenting confidently, handling meetings, etc.) I take time to understand your native language background and specific communication goals.
