My career in education is built on a robust academic foundation and diverse professional experiences. I hold a Ph.D. in Educational Planning, an M.Ed. in Educational Management, a B.Sc. (Ed) Integrated Science and a B.Sc. in Computer Science. Additionally, I've pursued continuous professional development with an Advanced Certificate in Information Technology and, most recently, a Certificate in Data Analytics. This comprehensive background ensures that I bring both deep subject matter expertise and cutting-edge analytical skills to every lesson. With 6 years of experience in educational planning, policy, and management, I've gained a unique insight into effective learning strategies and curriculum development. I've had the privilege of serving as a Course Facilitator at the Public Service Training Institute, where I taught and assessed postgraduate students in Human Resource Management and Professional Ethics, and also supervised their research projects. My experience also includes developing and implementing curriculum for over 200 students as an Integrated Science Teacher. Beyond direct teaching, my role as Proprietress of Cecilia Childcare Centre and my prior experience as a Business Manager, where I led a team and significantly increased revenue, have honed my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills all of which are invaluable in providing structured, effective tutoring. Most of my tutoring sessions are 60 minutes long. For postgraduate research supervision, sessions can be more flexible, adapting to the specific project phase and student needs.
