About CCA Sanjay

Hello, dear students!

My name is Sanjay Kothyari. I am an ACCA and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) qualified finance professional with over seven years of practical experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing and financial statement analysis. During my professional career, I have worked on journal entries, trial balance reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end closing and preparation and analysis of financial statements.

I want to share my knowledge because I believe accounting becomes much easier when concepts are explained with simple language and practical examples. Many students learn accounting rules but find it difficult to understand how those rules are applied in examinations and real business situations.

My aim is to help students build a strong foundation in accounting, understand the logic behind every journal entry and develop the confidence to solve questions independently.

About the lesson

I combine academic concepts with practical examples from my professional experience in financial reporting, auditing, month-end closing, reconciliations and financial statement preparation. For example, while explaining accruals, prepayments, provisions, trial balances or balance sheets, I also show students how these concepts are applied in real organisations.

My key advantage is that I am an ACCA and CFE-qualified finance professional with over seven years of practical industry experience. Therefore, I can help students understand both the examination perspective and the practical application of accounting concepts.

My classes will include:

• Simple and step-by-step explanations
• Practical examples and journal entries
• Concept-based learning instead of memorisation
• Regular question practice and doubt clarification
• Exam-oriented guidance and problem-solving techniques

I also focus on identifying the exact area where a student is facing difficulty. Instead of following the same method for every student, I customise my teaching approach according to the student’s academic level, syllabus and understanding.

My aim is not only to help students obtain good marks or pass their examinations, but also to build a strong accounting foundation that will support them in higher studies, professional qualifications and their future careers.
