About Siya
After completing my GCSES, I am looking to resume teaching something that I really love and am passionate about. I have an extensive history of teaching and looking after children and have mastered the art of not boring a child during an hour session! I am aspiring to study English literature and philosophy at Cambridge in a couple of years, and so before I begin my university snd A-Level preparation I’m looking for some lighthearted work.

I have previously helped children with the English and interview portions of their 11+ exams, all of which have gotten into highly selective london schools. I aim to cultivate a real understanding and love for English literature to set your child up for life.
Sessions would be casual and fun, where we would do past papers, read along books together, and write short stories together, to maximise the child’s creativity pragmatically to ensure exam success.
I find it is crucial to delve into other subject areas to really impress an examiner and interviewer. I try to help students to make deeper philosophical and political links through their English.
