About Khusela
In the first term of grade 11 I got 32% for mathematics and 50% for physics. My parents took me to a tutor (in Durban, KZN) where I learnt not only the concepts and patterns but the culture and what it means to excel academically.
I finished achieved 97% and 96% for maths and physics respectively (NSC in 2022) and I would love to share my experience and knowledge to help others turn their situation around.

Stage 1 – Test: This is fundamental because there is no one-size solution that applies to all pupils. A rigorous test is given to find exactly how capable the student is at present.
Stage 2 – Roadmap: A bespoke learning plan is made based on the results of the test. The weakest and highest return sections are prioritised.
Stage 3 – Fundamentals: A combination of practical and visual lessons lay the foundation of conceptual knowledge required to tackle higher level questions.
Stage 4 – Drills: Repetition. All available material is drilled until a missed mark becomes a rare event. Consistency is key.
