About Joyce Camille
Taking a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in English, is my plan. Being a teacher is a dream of mine, and teaching is the only way to improve one's future and education. With this motivation in life, I assure you that the passion inside me will come through our lessons, and you will feel it ignite in every lesson. The university I was in taught me the different behaviors, attitudes, and theories of students inside and outside the classroom, and the environment that affects the learning capability of the learner. In that, we are trained to think about approaches to deliver the lesson so that learners feel knowledgeable enough to comprehend everything.
I assure you that with my lessons, you will not leave the room without takeaways that will be used in real-life scenarios. My teaching will always focus on how the learning can be used in real-world situations.

Before I start my lesson, I usually begin with an icebreaker or a motivation that is connected to the lesson proper. In teaching, I practice the art of questioning, where the students are exposed to LOTS (lower-order thinking skills) questions before moving on to HOTS (higher-order thinking skills) questions. I am different from other tutors since I am young, and all the lessons are fresh; even the techniques in teaching are modernized and welcoming to 21st-century skills. The lessons are tailored to grades 4, 5, and 6, and high school grades 7-12.
